01 Yellow River
(01) — The project
One place per film: the Yellow River, a market, a square, a riverside, a ceramics workshop, a bamboo forest. No script: I filmed what was happening and built each piece in the edit.
(02) — Context
Working with real situations that happen only once, and keeping six places coherent as a series.
(03) — Process
4K open gate for both horizontal and vertical formats, one grade for all six films, an edit led by sound. In DaVinci Resolve.
